Real estate crowdlending in Chile
Real estate crowdfunding is a modern form of collective investment in construction and urban development projects. It consists of pooling capital with other people to take part in real estate projects that, individually, would be hard to reach.
Through a digital platform, many investors contribute funds that are allocated to a specific project. Once construction is completed and the goals are reached, the proceeds are distributed among all participants on a proportional basis.
This model allows people with limited capital to invest in large projects such as residential buildings, housing complexes or the refurbishment of existing buildings, which is increasingly relevant in the context of Chile's urban development.

What is the minimum amount to invest with Norqentra?

Each project sets its own minimum ticket. Most projects available on Norqentra start from CLP 250,000, which allows you to diversify across several developments without committing a large amount of capital.
How do I receive my returns?

Returns are distributed at the end of the project, in proportion to each investor's contribution, via electronic transfer to your Chilean bank account in pesos.
Is crowdlending regulated in Chile?

Yes. The Fintec Law No. 21,521 recognizes and regulates collective financing services. Norqentra operates under that framework and reports to the Financial Market Commission (CMF).
What happens if a project is delayed?

Each project's Term Sheet details the collateral, maximum extension periods and procedures in case of default. Norqentra continuously monitors the physical and financial progress of every project.
Can I withdraw my investment before the project is completed?

Real estate investments are by nature illiquid. In some projects we offer an internal secondary market between registered investors, subject to availability.
