At Norqentra SpA (hereinafter, "Norqentra", "we" or "the platform") we respect your privacy and protect your personal data in accordance with Chile's Law No. 19,628 on the Protection of Private Life and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679. This Policy explains what data we collect, for what purpose, for how long, and what your rights are.
1. Data controller
Norqentra SpA, Tax ID 77.985.412-3, with registered office at Av. Apoquindo 4775, Floor 18, Las Condes, Santiago, Chile, is the controller of your personal data. For inquiries or to exercise your rights, please contact privacy@norqentra.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide when registering, subscribing to the newsletter or contacting us: first and last name, email, phone number, RUT (when applicable), professional and financial information needed to operate as an investor, as well as technical data such as IP address, browser, device, language and pages visited.
3. Purposes of the processing
We process your data to: (i) manage your subscription and send you information about real estate projects; (ii) provide the crowdlending platform services; (iii) comply with legal, tax and anti-money-laundering obligations; (iv) improve the platform and the user experience; (v) send commercial communications with your consent.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, on the performance of a contract or on compliance with legal obligations applicable to Norqentra as an entity registered with the Financial Market Commission (CMF).
5. Sharing of data
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with: technology infrastructure providers, Chilean banks, legal and accounting advisors, and competent authorities (CMF, SII, UAF) when required by applicable regulations.
6. Retention period
We retain your data for as long as you have a relationship with Norqentra and, after that, during the legal periods that apply, in particular those required by tax and anti-money-laundering regulations.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO), as well as withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to privacy@norqentra.com. You may also lodge complaints with the competent data protection authority in Chile.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, audit logs and periodic backups.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect legal or platform changes. The current version is published on this page along with the date of last update.
